What does my warranty cover?
Although the terms of a warranty vary based on your equipment and when it was installed, the standard factory warranty for Carrier, for example, covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor.
If K Komfort provided you with products or services a warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet. A warranty is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of the products. If you cannot find the warranty certificate K Komfort provided, don't worry. Call us and we will happy to help you.
By the way, if you did not purchase your HVAC system from K Komfort, don't forget that we service all brands! If you have a problem with your existing system, call us right away.

All our technicians are certified, most of them with over 25 years of experience in the field. K Komfort service trucks stock most parts required for a repair, so 80% of the time our technicians are able to complete service calls without leaving a job site.

By the way, K Komfort offers an Energy Saving Agreement that will help if you have another problem in the future. The Energy Saving Agreement from K Komfort ensures that your heating and cooling systems will be regularly inspected and tuned up before the season to prevent expensive repairs later. It also gives you priority over other customers when you need to schedule a service call and substantial parts and service discounts.
